The bedside table is the piece every guest uses, in the dark, on their first night. It has to be the right height, hold what they need, and take years of that. HFS manufactures guestroom bedside tables to contract specification across owned facilities.

The most-used piece in the guestroom

A bedside table is reached for by someone half asleep, every night, for the life of the property. Height relative to the mattress top decides whether it works at all. Drawer action, top surface and edge detail decide whether it still feels considered after a few thousand guests. It is a small piece that carries a disproportionate amount of the guest experience.

Every table here is built to order. Height matched to your bed specification, top dimension, drawer or open-shelf configuration, handle detail, timber, finish and any integrated services are specified by your design team and built to the approved drawings.

Case goods, made at volume

Bedside tables are case goods, and case goods at guestroom volume are what our China facility is built for — holding tolerance and finish consistency across hundreds of identical units so that room 214 matches room 815. Where a scheme calls for handcrafted joinery or a bespoke one-off, the India facility takes it. Both are owned by us, which is why we can commit to a programme rather than pass it down a chain.

Guestroom programme timing

An approval sample takes three to four weeks, so drawer action and finish can be confirmed on a real unit. A full guestroom package runs ten to fourteen weeks per fifty keys from kick-off, with bedside tables produced alongside the beds, desks and case goods they have to match. Sea freight to Jebel Ali is fourteen to twenty-one days, and delivery is phased floor by floor against your handover programme.
