Restaurant and banquet tables have to hold a setting, take a service, and be reconfigured for the next event. HFS manufactures hotel dining tables to order across owned facilities in India and China, built to your drawings.

Tables that work a service

A hotel dining table is a working surface before it is a design object. Top dimension has to suit the cover count. Base position has to keep legs out of the way of chairs and knees. Edge and finish have to take glassware, cutlery and daily cleaning. In banquet spaces the table also has to be moved, joined to others, and stored — which changes the construction entirely.

Every table is built to order. Top size and shape, thickness, edge profile, base or leg configuration, timber, finish and any inlay or metal detail are specified by your design team, and we manufacture to the approved drawings.

Made in our own facilities

Tables with handcrafted joinery, shaped bases or hand-applied finishes are made in India. Repeat runs where consistency across a full restaurant is the priority suit the China facility, which is set up for high-volume production. Both facilities are ours, which means one accountable partner from specification through to on-site delivery rather than a chain of subcontractors.

Sampling and programme

We start with design development alongside your interior designer, producing shop drawings that resolve the practical questions — base position against chair clearance, top overhang, joining detail for banquet configurations. An approval sample follows in three to four weeks. Production runs against the approved sample with inspection at every milestone, and material grade, finish and hardware are checked against specification before dispatch. Sea freight to Jebel Ali is fourteen to twenty-one days, with phased delivery to suit your programme.
