The St. Regis Goa Resort represents one of the most significant luxury hotel openings in India in recent years. With the interior design led by Vijay Anand & Associates LLP, HFS was entrusted with the complete FF&E manufacture and supply — from the restaurant’s bespoke banquette seating and custom dining chairs to the guestroom furniture programme across all room categories.
Every piece was manufactured at our owned facility in India, handcrafted to meet St. Regis brand standards and the specific design vision for this property. The brief required a balance of warmth and refinement — natural timbers, considered upholstery, and hardware that holds its quality over years of luxury hospitality use.
The project demonstrated our ability to manage a full-property FF&E programme — from design development and shop drawings through production, quality assurance, phased delivery, and on-site coordination — for one of the world’s most demanding luxury hotel brands.
The main restaurant — custom dining chairs, bespoke banquette seating, and feature joinery produced entirely at HFS's owned manufacturing facility.
